THR Certified is built for staff onboarding and continuous professional development. Team members register once, receive the exact tests they need for their learning path, complete assessments, and earn certificates that confirm readiness at the test level.

Learners do not receive blanket access. Admins assign specific tests to each staff member, and modules act as the organised container for those assigned assessments.
Each test maintains its own pass mark, result history, and certificate record so learning outcomes stay clear for both staff and administrators.
The current rollout starts with one test in each module, but the platform is ready for multiple tests per module, staged progression, and broader development programs later.
Certificates are generated per passed test with learner name, module context, test name, issue date, and a unique certificate number for auditability.
